Child Safety & Protection Policy
At UrPlate, we have a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior that harms, exploits, or endangers children. We are deeply committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and trusted environment for our entire community.
1. Absolute Prohibition of Child Abuse and Exploitation
UrPlate strictly prohibits the creation, facilitation, sharing, uploading, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE).
This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:
Visual depictions of sexual abuse or exploitation involving minors.
Grooming behaviors or attempts to contact minors for exploitative purposes.
Any text, imagery, or media that normalizes, encourages, or facilitates the exploitation of children.
2. Enforcement and Reporting Mechanisms
We take immediate, decisive action against any violation of this policy to ensure our platform remains safe.
Zero Tolerance Enforcement: Any user found generating, uploading, or distributing CSAM/CSAE will have their account permanently banned immediately. We do not issue warnings for these violations.
Proactive Content Moderation: We employ a multi-layered defense system to detect and remove harmful material before it reaches our community. This includes dedicated human review teams – (choose/modify as applicable).
In-App Reporting: If you encounter any content or profile that you suspect violates our child safety standards, you can report it instantly using our in-app reporting tools. All reports are treated with the highest priority and confidentiality.
3. Legal Compliance and NCMEC Reporting
In accordance with federal and international laws, UrPlate complies fully with statutory reporting mandates.
Mandatory Disclosure: We report all identified instances of CSAM/CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant global law enforcement agencies.
We preserve necessary data and fully cooperate with legal authorities to ensure perpetrator accountability and support the prosecution of crimes against children.
